      The office of the registrar is under the supervision of the Vice President for Academic Affairs. The primary function of the student registrar's office is to administer the admission and enrolment process of the students and maintain and safeguard students’ academic records.

 

      In addition, the registrar's office adheres to the government rules and regulations with regards to certifications and granting of degrees, issuance of diploma, transfer credential and transcript of records. The registrar's office serves as liaison to all government agencies such as CHED, TESDA, DepEd, BI and DFA. The office also assumes the responsibility to enforce and interpret the academic rules and regulations of the college.
