Issuance of Transcript of Records

Transcript of records is an important confidential document which consists of course taken and grades earned by a student during his entire stay in Brokenshire College. It also includes transferred credits earned by the student from other school/s.

Transcript of records may be issued as a requested document, regardless of number of copies and frequency of request. It may be official (with school seal and director’s signature) or for evaluation purposes only.

Issuance of Transfer Credential

A transfer credential is given to a student who has voluntarily severed his connection with Brokenshire College.

Issuance of Diploma

A diploma is a legal document which certifies the completion of a degree program. It is issued only once. However, the Registrar's office will only consider processing a replacement copy upon presentation of a duly-notarized affidavit of loss.
