Brokenshire College, Inc. recently conducted a Microcredential Course Design Workshop as part of its continuing efforts to expand innovative and responsive learning opportunities.

The workshop featured Mr. Peter Lachica, who guided participants through the process of designing microcredential courses aligned with โ€œCMO 1, s. 2025โ€ for higher education institutions. Working alongside Microcredential Coordinator Dr. Paul Rean Fred D. Quibo-Quibo, PhD, LPT, the session emphasized practical approaches to developing programs that are both relevant and adaptable.

Dr. Greg Pawilen also joined the session, sharing insights on how microcredentials can support institutions in addressing the shifting needs of learners and the workforce. Discussions explored how these short, targeted programs can open more accessible pathways for skills development and continuous education.

Through initiatives like this, Brokenshire College reaffirms its direction toward flexible, learner-centered educationโ€”preparing both institutions and students for the demands of a rapidly changing academic and professional landscape.
