Brokenshire College officially entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) on October 21, 2025, solidifying a shared commitment to promoting the welfare and active engagement of senior citizens in the community.

The agreement was represented by Dr. Cesar A. Adegue IV, CESE, Regional Director of NCSC, and the officials of Brokenshire College. This partnership underscores both institutionsโ€™ dedication to developing and implementing programs that uphold the rights, dignity, and well-being of the elderly sector.

Through this collaboration, Brokenshire College and NCSC aim to strengthen advocacy initiatives, foster community-based interventions, and establish sustainable programs that promote inclusivity and compassion across generations. The alliance also reflects a mutual vision of creating a society where senior citizens remain active contributors and valued members of the community.
