ONE ASBME: Building Bridges, Strengthening Bonds From June 16–20, 2025, the School of Arts and Sciences, Business Management, and Education (ASBME) gathered at Martha’s Hall for a meaningful 5-day Faculty Training and Workshop that strengthened unity, enhanced collaboration, and empowered teaching excellence across departments. The program opened with warm welcome messages led by Dean Dr. Jeahr E. Inabangan, setting a purposeful tone for the entire week. Faculty members engaged in reflective sessions that aligned ASBME’s mission with shared values, followed by the lively team-building activity “Know Your Tribe,” which allowed colleagues to connect beyond their departments. The second day focused on strengthening communication through workshops on effective dialogue and conflict resolution. Faculty members enjoyed the interactive “Message Relay Remix,” which blended fun with lessons on teamwork and clarity. By Day 3, everyone was equipped and motivated for the Teaching Strategies Exchange. Faculty presented creative teaching methods, shared effective classroom practices, and collaborated in designing an interdisciplinary “Dream Module,” reinforcing the value of collective expertise. Day 4 highlighted professional growth, starting with the Research & Publication 101 workshop and followed by a reflective session on work-life balance. The launch of a Peer Mentoring Program marked an important step toward sustained faculty development. The final day served as a celebration of unity, beginning with a heartfelt Commitment Ceremony and followed by the closing program that recognized the active participation of all faculty members. The event concluded with a fellowship brunch filled with conversations, gratitude, and shared hope for continuing collaboration. The training successfully brought together the entire ASBME faculty: Jeahr E. Inabangan, Melvin James Balbon, Gretchen Chavez, Alecia Agonia, Nielg Cabelleza, Josefina Calipusan, M.
