The Human Resource Management Development (HRMD) office of Brokenshire College, Inc. conducted an orientation for middle managers and union members on procedures and protocols for addressing grievances and complaints.
Held on October 22, 2025, at AH 103, LD Bldg., Atty. Darwin A. Tenaja our Resource Person led the session. School President Bishop Hamuel G. Tequis, MDiv, graced the event.
Participants gained insights into grievance handling, documentation, investigation, and resolution. The orientation promoted a collaborative approach to conflict management, ensuring a harmonious work environment. This initiative fosters a culture of transparency and fairness, benefiting the entire college community.
