The session will be led by Dr. Janene G. Lewis, a distinguished Professor of English at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas. Dr. Lewis holds a Ph.D. in American Literature from Texas Christian University, a Master of Arts in English, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Her extensive academic background and research expertise encompass AI in education, literature and disability studies, and curriculum design.

Throughout her career, Dr. Lewis has developed and taught core curriculum and online courses, and has led workshops on AI-assisted writingโ€”highlighting the evolving relationship between technology, creativity, and pedagogy.
