Brokenshire College, Inc. and Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RUTPN), Bangkok, Thailand, formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on January 19, 2026, establishing a framework for international academic cooperation between the two institutions.
The agreement outlines areas of potential collaboration that include student mobility initiatives, academic and research partnerships, professional engagements, the exchange of best practices, and the development of joint programs, all subject to mutual agreement and institutional policies. Through these collaborative efforts, both institutions aim to enhance research capacity, promote internationalization, and foster shared academic growth.
The MOU was signed by Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, and Mr. Keith Arleigh D. Quebral, MBA, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Brokenshire College, Inc., with institutional officials from both universities present as witnesses.
This partnership signifies a meaningful step toward strengthening international linkages and advancing collaborative research and academic initiatives that contribute to quality higher education within the global academic community.
