On January 25, 2025, Brokenshire College, Inc., through its Community Extension Service (CES), partnered with the UCCP-Southern Mindanao District Conference UCM-CWA to conduct a successful Medical and Dental Mission in Matina Biao, Tugbok District, Davao City.

The outreach program was made possible through the active participation of the College of Medicine, College of Nursing, and Allied Health Departments, including the Medical Laboratory Science program. Under the coordination of Ms. Lindy Trenilla, RSW, CES Coordinator, the initiative embodied Brokenshire Collegeโ€™s continuing mission to promote health, education, and community development through service.

The Medical Laboratory Science team, led by instructors Maโ€™am Jean Berly Sacare, RMT, Maria Theresa Andria Flores, RMT, and Maria Theresa Baslot, LPT, played a vital role in delivering essential diagnostic services to residents. They provided laboratory testing and health education sessions that helped raise awareness about proper healthcare practices within the community.

This meaningful collaboration reflects Brokenshire Collegeโ€™s core values of Faith and Service, demonstrating its steadfast commitment to extending compassion and professional care beyond the classroom. Through initiatives like this, the institution continues to make a lasting and transformative impact in the lives of the communities it serves.
