In its continued commitment to safety, preparedness, and community resilience, Brokenshire College, Inc. successfully conducted a Firefighting and First Aid Training on November 11, 2023, at Madapo, Davao City.
The training aimed to equip participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in responding to fire emergencies and medical situations. Faculty, staff, and students took part in a series of demonstrations and hands-on exercises that emphasized quick thinking, teamwork, and safety awareness.
Guided by professional trainers and emergency responders, participants learned vital techniques such as proper use of fire extinguishers, evacuation procedures, wound management, and basic life support (BLS). The activity also underscored the importance of maintaining a safe learning environment and being prepared for unexpected incidents both on and off campus.
