In its continuing mission to extend quality healthcare and compassionate service to the community, Brokenshire College, Inc., through its Community Extension Service (CES), joins the YMCA of Davao, Inc. and the Don Antonio O. Floirendo, Sr. Foundation (AOF Foundation) for the annual Operation Tuli 2025 on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. in the YMCA Multi-Purpose Hall, Villamor St., Davao City.
Spearheaded by the YMCA of Davao, the Operation Tuli program continues its longstanding tradition of providing free circumcision services to young boys, marking a milestone in their growth and development. This yearโs activity has successfully reached its target of 100 beneficiaries from Barangays 9 and 10-A, thanks to the efforts of Mr. Dhenz Semblante and the AOF Foundation.
The medical team from Brokenshire College, commissioned by College President Bishop Hamuel G. Tequis, PhD, DMin, and CES Coordinator Ms. Lindy Trenilla, RSW, will lead the conduct of the medical procedures, triage, and dispensing of medicines. Their participation embodies Brokenshireโs unwavering commitment to its mission of Faith, Service, and Excellence, ensuring that healthcare services are delivered with competence, compassion, and dignity.
The AOF Foundation continues to be a steadfast partner in this initiative, providing consistent support through the donation of medical supplies and medicines. Brokenshire College also extends its appreciation to Barangay Captain Martina Arabiana for logistical assistance and to Sutherland Philippines for allowing the use of their motorcycle parking area as a temporary waiting space for participants and parents.
With registration starting at 7:00 a.m., YMCA Davao has announced that they have already reached the maximum number of registrants and will no longer be accepting walk-ins.
Through collaborations like Operation Tuli 2025, Brokenshire College, Inc. continues to uphold its vision of serving communities through holistic, faith-driven action. This prove once more that service is at the heart of education.
