Brokenshire College Strengthens Workplace Discipline Through 7S Good Housekeeping Training

In line with its commitment to maintaining excellence and efficiency in all operations, Brokenshire College conducted a 7S Good Housekeeping Training on October 21, 2025. The activity aimed to reinforce the implementation of the 7S principles across all offices and departments, ensuring the institution’s readiness for the upcoming 7S Audit.

The 7S framework—Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety, and Spirit—serves as a guide to maintaining a clean, organized, and disciplined workplace. During the training, participants were oriented on the importance of applying each component of the 7S system in their daily routines to foster efficiency, accountability, and teamwork. Facilitators emphasized that good housekeeping is not only about cleanliness but also about cultivating a mindset of order, responsibility, and continuous improvement.

Through this training, Brokenshire College continues to uphold its vision of excellence by promoting a culture of productivity and collaboration among its employees. The initiative reflects the institution’s proactive approach to organizational improvement—ensuring that every office remains conducive to quality work and service delivery.

As Brokenshire College prepares for the 7S Audit, the entire community remains steadfast in its collective goal: to create a working environment that embodies the values of discipline, efficiency, and excellence that the institution stands for.
