carefully follow the steps outlined below:
STEP 1: Create an OLSEN Account
To begin the process, please create an OLSEN account by visiting the following link:
http://olsen.brokenshire.edu.ph. Please ensure that you adhere to the following instructions:
• If you have the letter "Ñ" in your name, please replace it with "N." • Do not
use any symbols such as (', .* #) except for the email address.
• Double-check the accuracy of your birthdate (year/month/day).
STEP 2: Process Entrance Examination Fee
An entrance examination fee of P100 is required. Please follow the instructions based on your preferred
payment method:
Payment Center:
• BC Cashier: Before making the payment, kindly obtain your SEF (Student Evaluation Form) from
the Admission Office. Once you have your SEF, make the payment and present the receipt/s to
the Admission Office (SAP) to receive a schedule.
• Metrobank (Gcash Bank Transfer): Send an email to
subject line: "[Your Full Name - Entrance Exam Fee]." MAKE SURE to include
copy of your email.

Please allow 3 business days for confirmation of your examination schedule.
STEP 3: Submission of Required Documents
Once the test results are released, please proceed to your OLSEN account and upload the corresponding
documents required for pre-registration:
• Report Card (Copy of Grades)
• Transcript of Records (Transfer Students)
• PSA Birth Certificate (Clear Copy)
• Certificate of Good Moral
If you do not have the necessary documents, kindly click the submit button to obtain your Enrollment
Reference Number.
