The first day of the ACSCUβACI Accreditation opened with a program that set a purposeful and uplifting tone for Brokenshire Collegeβs ongoing commitment to academic excellence, collaboration, and continuous institutional growth.
The event commenced with inspiring opening remarks from College President Bp. Hamuel G. Tequis, MDiv, who emphasized the importance of accreditation as a pathway to strengthening Brokenshireβs mission and quality of service. This was followed by the formal introduction of the institutionβs Administrators, Deans, and Heads led by Dr. Felix C. Chavez Jr., Vice President for Academic Affairs & Student Services, highlighting the unified leadership guiding the Collegeβs academic direction.

A key moment of the program was the Message and Presentation of the Board of Accreditors delivered by Dr. Miriam P. Narbarte, President of ACSCUβACI. Her address underscored the shared responsibility of upholding quality Christian education, advancing institutional integrity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Adding vibrance and cultural depth to the program were the performances from the Likha Dance Troupe, whose presentation showcased artistry and tradition, and Shaira Mia M. Romero, whose heartfelt musical rendition brought warmth and creativity to the event.
The opening ceremony concluded with the closing remarks of Dr. Jeahr E. Inabangan, Dean of the School of Arts, Sciences, and Education (SASE), who encouraged the community to approach the accreditation journey with openness, dedication, and collective spirit.

As the day continued, from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, the accreditors conducted their initial campus tours, visiting facilities and gaining firsthand insight into the programs and services under review. This marked the beginning of a comprehensive and collaborative assessment toward further strengthening Brokenshire Collegeβs standards of excellence.
With Day 1 successfully completed, Brokenshire College moves forward into Day 2 with renewed enthusiasm and a steadfast commitment to quality and service.
