With the theme โThrough ups and downs, hardships and sacrifice โ now, a Doctor,โ the Brokenshire College School of Medicine held a heartfelt Thanksgiving Celebration in honor of its graduatesโ remarkable success in the 2025 Physician Licensure Examination.
This year, Brokenshire College proudly achieved an outstanding 89.58% passing rate, producing 53 new physicians and earning recognition as the Top 9 Performing Medical School in the Philippines. This remarkable feat reflects the institutionโs enduring commitment to academic excellence, compassion-centered education, and service to humanity.
The celebration opened with an inspiring message from Dr. Warlito C. Vicente, MD, FPCS, MHPEd, Dean of the School of Medicine, followed by the presentation of examination results by Dr. Florence P. Prantilla, MD, College Secretary.
Words of inspiration were also shared by Bp. Hamuel G. Tequis, MDiv, School President; Dr. Felix C. Chavez, Jr., Vice President for Academic Affairs and Student Services; and Dr. Benjamin James D. Caspillo, RPh, MD, representing the alumni. Each message highlighted the perseverance, faith, and dedication that guided the graduates through their journey toward becoming licensed physicians.
The event served not only as a moment of thanksgiving but also as a celebration of resilience and purpose โ honoring the Brokenshirians who have turned years of hard work and sacrifice into triumph. Indeed, through every challenge and victory, they now proudly bear the title: Doctor.
