Brokenshire College Nursing Program envisions of producing most competent, compassionate and committed nurses in the service to humanity.
Mission
The BSN Program develops professional nurses who will assume entry level positions in health facilities or community setting by providing safe, humane, quality, and holistic care to individuals. It promotes health, prevent illness, restore health, alleviate suffering and provide end of life care.
Admission Requirements (New Students & Transferee)
- Form 138 / Certificate of Transfer Credential
- Good Moral from Previous School
- PSA Birth Certificate
- PSA Marriage Certificate (if Married)
- Medical & Dental Certificate from School Clinic
- Proof of Permanent Address (Brgy. Cert; Light / Water Bill)
- 1x1 and 2x2 ID Picture (1 Copy Each)
- Dean’s Approval to Enroll (for BS Nursing Only)

- Approval to Enroll
- Advising Form
- Medical Certificate
- Laboratory Result
- Dental Certificate
