Step 1 – Registration
ü Click the olsen.brokenshire.edu.ph to start.
ü Fill out the Profile and Academic Data. Inaccurate data may VOID or CANCEL your registration.
ü Upload Requirements for Admission (for New Students). However, due to quarantine restrictions, the school may still continue processing your enrollment even without submitting required documents. However, please read the WAIVER carefully for conditions.
ü Take note of your ENROLLMENT REFERENCE NUMBER (ERN) and Date of Birth. They are required in checking your enrollment status through OLSEN – Check my Enrollment Status.
ü Wait for the Schedule of Interview (For Nursing and Medicine Applicants Only).
ü Wait for requirement verification, enrollment evaluation, and advising form.
Step 2 – Payment
ü Read carefully the Payment Instructions.
ü Pay the required amount.
ü Scan or take a picture of proof of payment and upload to OLSEN – Check my Enrollment Status. Make sure to indicate in the form the Enrollee Name and Enrollment Reference No. (ERN).
ü Wait for Payment Verification.
Step 3 – Confirmation
ü Receive Confirmation of Official Enrolment.
ü Congratulations you are now Officially Enrolled!
Note: School ID and its Validation will be given after 3-5 working days.

Step 1 – Request for Adding & Dropping
ü Secure adding or dropping form through www.brokenshire.edu.ph (Registrar tab) or click the link below to start your request.

ü Wait for processing, approval and assessment of your request.
Step 2 – Confirmation of Request
ü The Registrar’s Office will send a Confirmation of your Request.
ü Check your New Assessment through your OLSEN account.
