Requirements:
For New Medicine Students1. Transcript of Records (TOR)/ Honorable Dismissal
2. General Weighted Average (GWA) in college
3. NMAT Result (40 & above)
4. Sealed recommendation from two reputable sources (College Dean, faculty member, etc.)
5. NSO Birth Certificate
6. 2x2 photo (4 copies)
7. NSO Marriage cert (for married applicants)
8. Cert of extracurricular activities & professional licences (if applicable)
9. Medical/ Dental cert
10. NBI Clearance
11. Police clearance
12. Proof of billing (water/electricity bill)
13. Diploma (photocopy only)
