1.) E-learning Laboratory/ registrar’s office

• Get print-out of grades of subjects taken in the previous semester
• Fill out of enrolment form and (2 copies)
• Adviser’s / Dean’s signature

2.) Advising center/ Program head

• evaluation and advisement of subjects to enroll

3.)Encoding of subject/ present clearance to enroll

4.) Assessment and payment

5.) Validation of I.D

6.) Releasing of print out of class schedule
